At Tambia, our dedication to the environment and community is as strong as our passion for coffee. Today, we want to share more about the impactful work we are doing in Colombia. 
 
Environmental Commitment
At Our Farms: We are Rainforest Alliance certified, prioritizing sustainable farming and forest conservation to support the natural water cycle.
At the Source: Our coffee bags are compostable, and our production process is carbon neutral, ensuring our packaging is as sustainable as our coffee.
Community Commitment: 
Our commitment to the community is unwavering, and we constantly seek to improve our support for the rural areas where our coffee is grown. Fundacion Oro Molido key working pillars include:
Education:
Scholarships: Supporting outstanding students with higher education scholarships. More than 500 children have been educated with our programmes. As well as building our own  school at Fredonia, Antioquia to continue providing education in remote coffee growing areas in Colombia. 
English Programs: Teaching English to young Colombians through international volunteers.
Library: We have build the first library in La Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta, Se. Providing a safe space for local communities and indigenous to learn about coffee, the environment and community.  (See picture above) 

Culture:
Music Program: Transforming lives through music education, including initiation to music, chamber ensembles, and music bands.
Rural Development:
Community Empowerment: Promoting new leaders and recognizing community strengths.
Environmental Awareness: Educating youth as change agents for environmental sustainability.
Health Program: Providing medical services to remote areas, improving quality of life and health habits.
