By accessing, browsing, shopping on Tambia.com (“we”), and using any of the services we provide (such as creating an account), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. These terms affect your legal rights and obligations. We reserve the right to revise these at any time. If you do not agree to the Terms and Condition and Privacy Policy, please do not use Tambia.com. Our store is hosted by SquareSpace and our shipping is facilitated by Ship Station, Together, they provide the platforms that enable us to sell our products and service our customers.   

Account Terms

Creating an account at Tambia.com will require you to provide us with your name, email, and mailing address. It will also require you to create a password in order to keep your account safe. When making a purchase you must provide us with your payment details, which can be saved under your account to be used for future purchases. 

In order to purchase products from Tambia.com you do not need to create an account. You can do so by utilising the “Guest Purchase” option at checkout. You must still provide us with your name, email, address, and payment information in order to finalise your purchase. 

You must provide a valid and up-to-date payment method when subscribing to one of our plans or when making an individual purchase.

You understand that we will use the email address you provide to us as the primary form of communication with you. 

You understand that keeping your password and account secure is your responsibility. You agree not to share your account details and log in with other people. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage to your account. If you suspect a breach in security to your account you must contact Tambia immediately here.

Account Termination and Suspension

You are free to suspend or terminate your account at any time. If you do so, any purchases that have not been dispatched will be canceled and you will be refunded any amount paid in relation to such purchases. See FAQs for further details. 

Tambia also reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time at our discretion without notice. If you are not complying with these terms and conditions or are using our services in any manner that would cause us legal liability, for example, we may suspend or terminate your account. If we do suspend or terminate your account, you will be notified by email with an explanation for this action. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account without an explanation. 

Use of Data

We collect information that is required to service your account and fulfil your orders including name, address, phone number and email. If you opt in to receive marketing messages from us, we’ll also use this information to communicate with you to share news, updates or offers. You can opt out of receiving this information by clicking the unsubscribe link in our emails or on our website. We do not sell your information to anyone. We work to ensure that your information is secure and our web provider, Square Space, provides a secure network which is monitored and controlled. We follow GDPR guidelines and all requirements to ensure your privacy. 


We use cookies to understand your preferences and remember that you have visited our site in the past so that we can serve you better.  Cookies allow us to know you’ve visited us before and help you log in more quickly using your saved password. Cookies also help us understand the traffic to our website and how users are navigating our site so that we can continually improve performance.  We do not get this information at a user level, it is aggregated data only and personal information is not part of the data set. 

Credit Card Data

All customer credit card data is kept within payment service provider Stripe. We do see or hold this information.

We own all intellectual property rights to our website and in all products purchased. You may not copy or modify any of our intellectual property, or use it for commercial purposes. 


The services we provide do not have warranties or guarantees of any kind that they will meet your requirements. While Tambia intends to provide a good experience for its consumers, we cannot and do represent or warrant that the services will always be available, without imperfections, delays, secure or error free. 

Warranties and Limitation of Liability

Tambia accepts no liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or any information contained on it. You assume total responsibility for your use of our website and the services provided through it. You are also fully knowledgeable that we are not liable for any content submitted by account holders, such as reviews, including any content that is defamatory, offensive, or illegal. 

Unless otherwise stated in our website, delivery times are estimates. We cannot guarantee delivery times and will not be reliable for such. 

We cannot be held responsible for delayed deliveries for reasons beyond our control, such as service strikes or interruptions. 

The limitation of liability applies to the fullest extent permitted by law in the applicable jurisdictions. 

Return Policy

Tambia accepts returns as long as the items are unopened, unused, and undamaged. The return period is 30 days from the date of purchase. Please contact us to start the return process.
